I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Cleanliness was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area. Moreover, the transportation service to the ski slopes was convenient and hassle-free. The hotel's location in this city was impeccable, close to the ski resorts. Also, the staff was very accommodating and made my stay better. The breakfast was delicious and included many choices.

Hotel is well located.

Three main reason I am not completely happy for staying there: 1. ski room - there is no proper facilities for drying ski boots, so if you say for a long time better buy an electric dryer. 2. swimming pool - in real it is very, very small 3. breakfasts are repetitious and staff isn't properly care for clean dishes and hot meals finished (only scrambled eggs) very fast and nobody care about bringing next portion.

The hotel is conveniently close to the ski resorts and provides a free shuttle service. Rooms are comfortable with pleasant decor and clean bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service and friendly assistance, from check-in to daily breakfast offerings. the big lounge area is suitable for relaxation after skiing. the wellness facilities are a nice touch, including the Jacuzzi. Families will prefer the entertainment program and in-house restaurant options.

The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes. The surrounding area was beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring the local town and trying out the local pizzeria. We also appreciated the option to bring our dog along for the holiday, which was a huge advantage.

We've stayed in cheaper hotels before that provided a much better breakfast. some of the facilities in the hotel were quite dated and in need of an update, which made our Christmas stay feel less festive overall.

Amazing ski trip! Great value for money and a perfect location for families. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, offering advice on ski hire and passes. the shuttle service to the slopes was convenient and hassle, free. Best aspects: the pool and sauna facilities were well maintained and the food was excellent, with a choice of four, course meals that catered to everyone's tastes. the hotel rooms were spacious and clean, making it the perfect home base for our snow, filled adventures.

Although the entertainment was dubious, we were too busy having fun on the slopes to mind. Our room lacked a decent showerhead and a proper curtain, which was a minor inconvenience.
